DockAhoy never charge any booking fee to boaters, ever! We work with marinas as tech partners, not booking agents. So, there is never a booking charge for renting a slip, mooring, or registering any transient vessel

Enter the name of the marina or city/town you want to discover, select the arrival and departure dates, and click search. You will see the list of Marinas in your desired location, choose from the options based on your boat size, date availability, amenities, and book the one that suits your need.

For those who like to plan ahead, we offer confirmed reservations for up to 3-month in advance. So, you can easily book for a long weekend or fun family trip. If you are looking for a last-minute getaway, please remember that most marina offices close at 5 PM (local time), so try to book before that time for immediate confirmation.

If you want to make a reservation after 5 PM, please book online and leave us a note, DockAhoy's customer support team will try their best to get in touch with the marina management to confirm your booking as early as possible.

However, we advise all the boaters to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that Marina staff have all your information to prepare for your welcome.

Marinas listed with DockAhoy offer competitive rates, and listed prices depend on many parameters such as the size of your boat, seasonal traffic, popular days of the week, available amenities, etc.

Just like your usual slip reservation, the total booking price also includes additional taxes and charges noted by individual marinas. Of course, there is no hidden fee; you will be able to see a list of all applicable charges before you confirm your reservation. Your reservation confirmation email would be the most accurate guide for check-in and checkout timings, but most of our marinas have arrival time set as 2.00 PM and departure at noon of the day of your check out date. If you are estimating to travel outside the given time window, please leave us a note at the time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Changes in your reservation are subject to availability. Please contact us with your request, and our customer assistance team will help you with the adjustments, if possible.

Change of plans? No problem. To cancel a reservation, please log into your boater's account, click on bookings, navigate to my bookings list, and click on the reservation to cancel.

At DockAhoy, we adhere to the reservation and cancelation policy of the individual marinas. Some marinas offer a full or partial refund depending on the time of cancelation. Please visit your Marina's page for more information on cancelation and refunds or contact us. If the subjected Marina offers refunds, the returned amount will reflect in your account within seven (7) business days of cancelation.
